Acceptable Use Policy

• Sexual content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor. We have zero tolerance for this content and will report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities and organizations.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or threats to create or share intimate content without a person’s permission.
• Deepfakes, face swaps, voice or likeness simulations, or other impersonation of a real person without that person’s informed consent.
• Content or conduct used for fraud, scams, identity theft, deceptive schemes, harassment, stalking, targeted abuse, or invasion of privacy.
• Hateful content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics, or content that promotes or glorifies violence or violent extremist activity.
• False or misleading content intended to interfere with elections, voting, civic participation, or public understanding of election procedures or results.
• Content that infringes or misappropriates another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property or legal rights.
• Attempts to bypass safety measures, disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.

We may review or remove content, block a generation, restrict features, preserve evidence, and suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Violations may lead to immediate account termination without a refund. We may report illegal content or conduct to law enforcement, regulators, rights holders, or child-safety organizations where appropriate or required by law.

You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use generated outputs. Obtain all required permissions and rights before submitting another person’s image, likeness, work, or confidential information. A generated output does not establish that your use is legal or does not infringe another person’s rights.
