• Account information, including your email address, account identifier, plan, credit balance, and account activity.
• Content you provide, including prompts, negative prompts, uploaded images, generation settings, and generated video or image outputs.
• Transaction details such as purchase amount, plan, payment status, and billing references. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
• Technical and usage information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, error logs, and interactions with the service.

• Provide accounts, process generations, manage credits, and deliver outputs.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and billing support.
• Secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
• Enforce our terms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Communicate about your account, transactions, service changes, and support requests.

To create an output, we send your prompt, generation settings, and any image you upload to the third-party AI model provider selected for the request. Those providers process the information to generate and return your requested output. Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy terms. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share or information you do not want processed by an AI provider.

We store account records, prompts, generation history, uploads, and completed outputs in systems used to operate the service. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in, remember settings, secure the service, understand performance, and measure how the service is used. You may limit cookies through your browser, but essential features may stop working.

We share information with service providers that help us operate Virtual Engine Video, including AI model providers, Stripe for payments, hosting and storage providers, and security or analytics services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, keep transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or security purposes.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing admin@virtualengine.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
